Event Policy

Please read our event policy prior to purchasing tickets.

Refunds

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds on Culture Club and pop-up dinner tickets. This is because we have to use the funds we collect to help secure the event venue (if held at a space other than our retail location), service staff, and food—all of which are non-refundable investments we make to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Rain Check Tickets

We understand that there are times when “life happens” and you may not be able to attend. In the event that you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If you let us know at least 72 hours or more prior to the Culture Club meeting/pop-up dinner, you will be offered the option to accept a rain check ticket to use toward a future event of the same type. You must contact us to be offered the rain check ticket option. If you do not contact us and do not show up at the event, you will not be offered a rain check ticket.

Rain check tickets must be used within 2 months (or 60 days) of the original event. If the next event you request to attend is of a higher cost, the original amount paid toward the missed event will be used toward the purchase of the higher cost ticket. Customers will be responsible for paying the difference in ticket price to attend any event with a higher cost.
